Cake Cutting Ceremony, Singing of O Canada & Flag Raising & speeches held after parade at approx. 1:30PM at the Park Adm. Office building. Beer Gardens and Live Music from 3:00PM to 8:00PM located at the Community Hall Grounds.Food services on site. Minors permitted with guardians.Free Admission

Annual Children's Festival activities. Events include pancake breakfast 8:30AM to 11:00AM, shows, entertainment, games, barbeque, refreshments; all at the Community Hall and Big Tent on the grounds 12:00PM until 4:00PM. Sponsored by the Waskesiu Chamber of Commerce and Parks Canada.
July 28, 2012 — The 10th Annual Waskesiu Marina Adventure Center Narrows Challenge
This is a non-competitive 17km canoe and kayak race held at the Narrows Marina site PANP. Full day activities including breakfast, a barbeque, Parks Canada Interpretive demonstrators, watercraft product demonstrations, music festival and entertainment. Sponsored by the Waskesiu Marina Adventure Centre.
